How do I place a return or exchange?
Best Year Ever will gladly accept returns on unopened/unused orders placed within 30 days. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete information.

Does Best Year Ever cover postage for shipping on a return?
We do not provide reimbursements for return postage.

How much does shipping cost? (USA orders)
Standard shipping on orders is calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

How long will my order take to ship?
Please allow for 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. All orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. We only process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
All orders are processed within 24 hrs of order placement. If you wish to cancel or make a modification, you can send an email to info@bestyeareverco.com with your order number and request and we will make every effort to adjust/cancel it, but we cannot make any guarantees.

How much is the sales tax?
Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
